A+ Staffing employees are paid weekly after their first work week. Paychecks are available for pick up any time on Friday at our offices. Checks can also be mailed per employee direction, however, delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Direct deposit service is also available with prior set-up and notification. If direct deposit is chosen, a pay stub detailing all payroll deductions and taxes paid on behalf of the employee is sent via first class mail to the employee’s home address.
Holidays are paid after three months of continuous employment. Eight hours are paid per holiday for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Forth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Corporate gifts are given for Valentine’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
A benefit of health insurance for the individual employee is also available after three months of continuous employment.
Vacation of forty paid hours is given when eligibility is met. Our internal staff is available for employment verifications, to help with banking forms, mortgage queries, and other needs the employee may have.
