Warehouse Associate – Elgin, IL ($18–$19/hr)
Support warehouse operations by picking, packing, staging, and moving product to keep orders flowing. Duties may include labeling, palletizing, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Reliable attendance and a safety mindset are required.
Shipping Clerk (2nd Shift) – Carpentersville, IL ($18–$19/hr)
Prepare outgoing shipments by packing orders, printing labels, verifying counts, and staging pallets for pickup. May assist with basic paperwork and keeping the shipping area organized. Detail-oriented candidates who can work 2nd shift are encouraged to apply.
Assembler (1st Shift) – Algonquin, IL ($17–$19/hr)
Assemble parts and components using hand tools and basic assembly equipment while following work instructions. Inspect finished products for quality, maintain a clean workstation, and meet production goals. Assembly/manufacturing experience is a plus.
Forklift Operator (1st Shift) – Algonquin, IL ($19/hr)
Operate a forklift to move materials, load/unload trucks, stage pallets, and support warehouse flow. Follow safety procedures and complete basic scanning/paperwork as needed. Forklift experience required; certification is a plus.
File Clerk (1st Shift) – Union, IL (DOE)
Organize and maintain paper and digital files, scan documents, update records, and ensure accurate filing systems. Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and professionalism with confidential information are required.
Order Processor (Entry Level) (1st Shift) – Marengo, IL ($16–$17/hr)
Entry-level role supporting order processing by entering orders, verifying information, printing pick tickets/labels, and assisting with basic updates. Strong typing, attention to detail, and reliable attendance are important. Training provided.
Warehouse Associate (1st & 2nd Shift) – Ingleside, IL ($17–$19/hr)
Assist with picking, packing, staging, inventory support, and general material handling. Maintain safety and accuracy while meeting production goals. Candidates should be dependable and comfortable with physical tasks; forklift experience is a plus.
QC (1st & 2nd Shift) – Volo, IL ($17–$19/hr)
Inspect products for quality and accuracy using visual checks and basic measuring tools as needed. Document results, report defects, and follow quality procedures. Strong attention to detail and consistency are key; manufacturing experience preferred.
Machine Operator (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift) – McHenry, IL ($17–$19/hr)
Operate production machinery by loading materials, monitoring runs, and performing basic adjustments while following safety and quality standards. Conduct routine checks, document output/defects, and keep equipment and work areas clean. Experience is a plus.
Warehouse Worker (All Shifts) – Round Lake, IL ($17–$19/hr)
General warehouse role supporting picking, packing, palletizing, labeling, and moving products throughout the facility. Must be able to work any shift as assigned, follow safety guidelines, and maintain attendance expectations. Fast-paced, physical work.

Handle picking/packing, staging, loading/unloading, and inventory support. May use pallet jacks or forklifts depending on assignment. Candidates should be reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable with lifting and standing for long periods.
Receiving Clerk (1st Shift) – Spring Grove, IL ($17–$19/hr)
Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, check packing slips, label/stock materials, and update inventory records. Communicate discrepancies and keep the receiving area organized. Attention to detail and basic computer skills are required.
Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) – McHenry, IL ($24–$26/hr)
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production/warehouse equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot issues, complete work orders, and support continuous improvement. Strong mechanical aptitude required; manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
Electronics Assembler (1st Shift) – Antioch, IL ($16–$17/hr)
Assemble electronic components/circuit boards following work instructions. Use hand tools, perform basic inspections/testing as required, and maintain quality and safety standards. Attention to detail is essential; prior electronics assembly is a plus.
CNC Machine Operator (1st Shift) – Woodstock, IL ($25–$30/hr)
Operate CNC machines by loading parts, starting cycles, monitoring operations, and inspecting finished parts using measuring tools. Make basic offsets/adjustments as directed and document quality checks. Blueprint reading and machining experience preferred.
CNC Setup Operator (1st Shift) – Mount Prospect, IL ($18–$22/hr)
Set up CNC machines for production by installing tooling, setting offsets, verifying first-piece quality, and ensuring jobs run to spec. Work with operators/quality to maintain standards and reduce downtime. CNC setup and print reading preferred.
