Press Support / Warehouse (2nd Shift) – Volo, IL ($17–$18.70/hr)
We are hiring a 2nd shift press support/warehouse team member to assist flexo printing operations and warehouse organization. Training begins on 1st shift (5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Thu) (start/end times can be flexible), then transitions to 2nd shift (3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Mon–Thu) with an additional 10% shift differential after training. Responsibilities include assisting press operators with setup/breakdown of flexo printing presses, locating and filing rotary tooling, and organizing/staging raw materials in the warehouse. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stay on your feet, and be comfortable with basic math (addition/subtraction) and remembering numbers. Ideal candidates are high-energy, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and work well in a team. Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools are a plus.

Electronic Assembler – [Antioch, IL] ($17–19/hr)
Assemble electronic circuit boards and related components according to standardized work instructions, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity. Duties include wiring/component installation, harnessing and hardware assembly, performing rework and basic quality testing, and collaborating with manufacturing/development engineering as needed. Requires high attention to detail, ability to use hand tools, and comfort sitting for long periods.
CNC Lathe Operator – Mount Prospect, IL ($21–30/hr, DOE)
Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts. Responsibilities include loading/unloading material, monitoring runs, checking dimensions with measuring tools, making basic offsets as needed, and documenting quality checks. Ideal candidates can read basic prints, follow work instructions, and maintain a clean/safe workstation.
CNC Operator – Woodstock, IL ($30/hr)
Operate CNC machinery to produce parts to specification. Duties include setting up jobs, running production, inspecting parts with measuring tools, and adjusting offsets when needed. Candidates should be comfortable reading prints, following tolerances, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Assembler / Forklift – Algonquin, IL ($17–18/hr)
Perform assembly and production support tasks, plus move materials using a forklift. Responsibilities may include assembling products, packing, staging orders, loading/unloading, and maintaining inventory flow. Forklift experience is preferred; candidates should be safety-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Representative (Entry Level) – Union, IL ($16/hr)
Entry-level customer service role supporting customers by phone/email, answering questions, updating order/account information, and assisting with basic issue resolution. Responsibilities may include data entry, documenting customer requests, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are comfortable using computers, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Finishing Tech – Ingleside, IL ($17–19.80/hr)
Finish parts after production by deburring, sanding, polishing, cleaning, and completing basic inspections. This role may include using hand tools, grinders, or measuring tools to ensure parts meet quality standards. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and be comfortable with repetitive hands-on work.
Blank Press Operator – Ingleside, IL ($17–19.80/hr)
Operate a press to run production parts by feeding material, monitoring machine operation, and performing basic quality checks. Responsibilities include following safety procedures, maintaining consistent output, and documenting counts/defects as needed. Prior machine/operator experience is a plus but not always required.
Shipping – Elgin, IL ($18–21/hr)
Prepare outgoing shipments by picking/packing orders, labeling cartons, verifying quantities, and staging pallets. May include loading/unloading trucks and keeping shipping areas organized. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a warehouse environment; forklift experience is a plus.
